let me see, a black and white photo i processed in the dark room placed on coffee stained paper - which is many pages sewn together and then adhered on a larger coffee stain page doodled upon with a silver pen, graphite, also newsprint tranfering from a blender pen.
as for the transfering texture - you can use spiriment gum liquid as well; just rub the back of any newspaper or xerox print with a dampened rag with spiriment gum liquid or a "blender" pen over a piece of paper
-watercolor paper is more absorbant -blander pens can be found among paint pens/markers at any craft store.
