That horse.... O.0 ...
i kinda think of myself as riding a dead horse at times, i highly recommend the book - it has the same theme as "one flew over the Cuckoo nest" where the protagonist has nothing to loss so they sacrifice everything for an altruistic cause.
'riding a dead horse' is a metaphor stanley used to express a kinda paradox ... can you ride your stallion toward a greater cause if it no longer lives?
